Thats a tough one. My favourite is probably the cleanse and polish as it is the only cleanser i have tried that completely removes make up without stripping my skin. My skin is combination so if i use a cleanser for oily skin it just makes my nose more greasy but dries my cheeks out where as this doesn't do that.
I also love the superbalm concentrate which is a blend of oils. If you put it on at night over your moisturiser, when you wake up in the morning its like you've had a facial. It makes my skin glow.

I have very dry skin so most cleansers really dry me out. My face looks like a light bulb after I wash my face (except with EL and OP cleansers). My skin is so dry and tight it looks shiny! Hmm...am I making any sense here?

HAHA It sounds not bad~~~Oh sorry I put my whole self on your words "light bulb" and "shiny".
I am very dry too but it seems that I seldom care so much about the cleansers, sometimes I even feel not bad with KOSE's black soap. I think you should apply toner immediately after cleaning the face. And...I feel good with EL's pink cleanser

I'm avoiding toners as most I've found have alcohol in it and that dries out my skin even more. I tend to use facial mists (Avene, Evian, Earthbound Organic) as they don't contain alcohol. What's EL's pink cleanser?

I'm afraid there is only the liz earle shop in london and one on the isle of wight. It is mainly a mail order company, that is why the prices are lower as they don't have to pay for advertising campaigns or counters in department stores so they can spend the money on the ingrediants instead. What you could try doing would be to get your friend to order the products for you and then get her to ship them to you. It would probably work out cheaper then paying to have it sent straight to you from liz earle.
Yes the kits normally work out quite a bit cheaper.

Thanks very much~~~~I will ask her to order it then~ Laughing

They told me to check out here http://www.beautybible.com/offer_lizearle.htm, saying that LE always has discounts.
And...15 pounds sounds a little too much for me to try a new brand. My UK friend would go and see me in April and I ask her to bring it for me if convenient

That works as well. I was a bit put off by the shipping cost as well. I normally have things sent to my boyfriend's mom in the UK and she forwards them to me. Smile

In fact, I usually use flower water instead of toners, and rose water is good for dry skin espacially.
The name of pink cleanser is ESTEE LAUDER SOFT CLEAN.
