Can someone help? I get this red, cracked, peeling irritation in the corner of my mouth. Sometimes little pustules in it. At first I thought it was a breakout, or that I had overly dryed out my skin right there. But it heals and a few days later returns, over and over again. Sometimes a few days later, sometimes a week or two. The skin that peels off is very thick and it sometimes bleeds. Is this some kind of cold sore? It's not on my lip, but the skin of the corner of my mouth. |

It does sound like a cold sore. Usually they do clear up after a week or so. I don't mean to be too personal, but from your posts, it sounds like you have been under alot of stress. The stress could possibly be a contributing factor to it coming back. |
