Has anyone tried these? THe Enlux is suppose to be equivalent to 22 watts pure red LED the orange spectrum 632nm.

THere is also from the Sci Art site some older GE bulbs called Di-Chromtic bulbs. Available in Red/BLue/Orange and green.

The only advantage of these is they also warm the face sooner than any other bulb.

THere is also another category of Bulbs from Clarity Skin Care and they use blue and red Flourescent bulbs.

I was currious how these three technologies compare to the LED ones like LightStim and Quasar.

I tried the Di-Chromtic Red and blue and only have to use them for about 1-2 minutes a couple times a day and they seem to help get rid of acne and plump the face nicely.

If you hold them to close to yoru face they will burn because they are 150 watt bulbs. They are basically FLood lamps but holding them about 1-2 feet away you can feel nice warm heat, which I thought might help with the Blood circulation and help heal you better than the other methods since it takes a long time to heat up the face with the LED's and the Enlux Bulb.

I heard the Enlux is very promising but just not sure who in thei forum has tried these Products?

From Sci/Art:
Older and discontinued but still can be bought:

Di-Chromatic BLue/Red/Green/Orange

New from Sci/Art:
Enlux Red and blue

Clarity skin care:
Flourescent BLue and red bulbs <<< these heat the face up slightly if help very close to the face.

Any comments on them is welocome

THanks

I’m looking for a non-RX alternative for my teenage daughter’s acne problem. She is applying benzamycin right now and I’ve ordered Epidermx to see if it can be effective.

Like Emunity, I have been reading about Enlux LED bulbs (sold on the SciArt website) used by some members of Acne.org as a treatment protocol to control/eliminate their acne. I appreciate that unlike handheld units, the bulb can be placed in a regular light fixture or into a clamp on LED fixture. The blue LEDs operate in the correct frequency range (415nm) to kill the acne bacteria. Some of the users purchase 2 blue and 1 red bulb to get full facial coverage while getting the healing benefits of the red LED wavelength. On the SciArt site these bulbs are priced @$120 for the blue and $90 for the red.

It sounds great, a hands free light with full facial coverage, long life bulbs and easy to use on other parts of the body. The seller has a 90 day trial period where you can have your purchase refunded if it doesn’t work.

I am skeptical, even with a money back guarantee, and before I shell out $$ I would like to see many more users report on their experiences.
