Just wondering if you take mint or gum after lunch to get rid of food smell? If you do, what type or brand you usually take?
Somehow, I prefer gum since I am afraid of cavity. |

Sugarfree mints! i like the Eclipse ones-- nice and strong.
I also like Orbit gum, which I keep in my purse and will chew like if I had some almonds for a snack and have stuff stuck in my teeth. My boyfriend relies on my gum more than I do. |

| Orbit sweetmint is the best gum ever! The flavor is not overpowering and its longlasting. |

I love Orbitz gums they're yummy and do the job. I also do like mints though, have to try the Eclipse one you mentioned.
For some reason I'm really getting keen on cinnamon flavored anything. |

I love cinnamon too, I put it in my morning fake coffee - apparently it stabilises sugar cravings.
gum for me too, the sugar free one. |

Haha, mine too!
Sometimes mints, sometimes gum for me. Depending on having things in my teeth/ or just plain taste. I usually go for dentyne ( in the 'super wrapping')because I've had bad experiences of gum melting in my purse in plain wrappers, or coloring the inside of my purse with its colors so I also try and opt for the white ones. |

| Gum. Dentyne Fire is my new fave. Stride spearmint is a close second, but it's very minty to me so I don't use it for long. |

| Mints for me. Either Altoids (Cinnamon is my fav), Excel or Clorets. I don't chew alot of gum (hardly ever) just because it seems like after a minute it's lost it's flavour and I spit it out. Mints are so much better for me! |

| Any type of sugar free gum with mint flavour as you get the added benefit that it is good for your teeth to chew gum. |

Mints...usually the peppermint Altoids or the after-coffee mints from Starbucks!

I love Dentyne Ice....
I guess it's OK to chew on gum then, rather than mint. |

I don't chew gum very often. I prefer strong mints -- usually peppermint, and the brand doesn't matter.
Sometimes I'll use the Listerine Pocketpak wafers too. |
