I think the real test of a good eye cream is seeing results from it when you're in your late 30's and beyond! I just turned 40 and am seeing the beginnings of fine lines and sagging. Would love to hear your recommendations as I'm not having any success with the eye creams I'm using -- think they're made for the Generation X and Y'ers! |

Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post a question on this forum -- I'm just getting the hang of things. |

no its fine to post....I think no ones answering you since, it seems were all looking for the same thing and havent found it yet. I am using a new serum that (I'll get killed if I speak about yet) but so far so good, its only been a few weeks, so too eary to really really tell, but I do like how it feels, how it sinks in, and how it mosturises.... |

Your question is difficult to answer because it's such a subjective thing. If you asked 50 women, you'd likely get 50 different answers. It depends on your price range, your skin type, your skin routine, etc.
I use L'Oreal visible difference eye cream. It works very well for me and a couple of my friends I recommended it to. There are several others which I'd love to try but, unfortunately, they're not in my price range. Forgot to mention, I'm 50 and I regularly get "estimated" at mid 40s. |

You're right, it can be pretty subjective. One of the favs on makeupalley is Shiseido Benefiance eye cream but I really don't think it performs as fabulously as it should for it's price tag. Rodan and Fields is another popular one but I've never tried it. Right now I'm using a retinoid, c serum and clarins wrinkle prevention SPF 30 for the eye area. I'd like something cosmetically elegant as well though, something smoothing, firming and plumping! |

I'm sure there's some better products (and pricier!) out there, but after trying many things for many years (without spending a fortune on any of them) I use oil of olay total effects. It doesn't burn my eye area (many others did) and it keeps the eye are very moisturized. When I first started using it, I did notice an improvment. However, that cranberry eyelift serum is sounding pretty interesting! |

Well I'm not over 38, so I'm even sure I can answer this question But imho my mum looks great for her age & she uses the Dior R60/80 eye cream, I'm not sure what the exact name is, but I think it seems to work well. |

Face2Flaunt Line Eliminator: While not specifically an eye cream, I started using this around my eyes around two weeks ago. (It was sent as a free sample when I ordered Lips2Kiss.) At first, I wasn't sure what was different about me -- I just knew I was looking younger. Later, I realized that the skin around my eyes is much less crepey and much smoother, sleeker and toned looking.
My eyes have always been "droopy" (even when I was very young) and I swear my eyes are less droopy now than they have ever been. The slight puffiness that I had under my eyes is pretty much gone.
(BTW, the skin around my eyes is extremely sensitive, and because of this I haven't been able to do alot of experimenting with all the different eye creams and serums out there.) |

Im using vit c, avene retinaldehyde cream and sunscreen around my eyes. The skin around my eyes is pretty good, no sagging,no crows feet, just a couple of fine lines. Im pretty happy with how the skin around my eyes looks considering im nearly 38. |

I just started using Leaf and Rusher's Eye Treatmentwww.leafandrusher.com and also the Active Serum. It's been just a short while but I'm impressed. I'm not sure which is doing the most but my wrinkles are smoothing out, my pores look smaller, and my skin has a nice glow. The Eye Treatment doesn't feel thick and super moisturizing but it doesn't irritate my eyes (and, yes, I do put it on my eyelids and under my eyes). |

I noticed that most ppl are concerned w/ undereye care and not too long ago I made a post about the "droopy eyelids.
I'm gearing toward the cranberry eyelift "stuff", excuse my french(lol) but I can't remember the full name of it.
Anyways, I don't have a concern with lower lids, just the uppereye area and since we're revealing our ages I'd like to say that I'm 43 years young(thank you very much).

Well I had my blephoplasty at 38. 2 years later I use the MDForte eye cream which I love, and of course retinA underneath and to the sides. Looking good....but for me it's all about maintaining tight, not trying to get it since I had it taken care of...

I guess it's a question to most of the ladies that can't find an effective eye cream. I have tried so many different brands of eye cream like La Mer, Estee Launder, Orgin, Juicy Beauty, PSL ..... and now just started to use ADCE and the eye serum. Not sure the effect is satisfied or not. I'm keep looking for the right one for ages..... still tring very hard. I have fine line under eye especially after foundation being put on top. The dry lines look so aweful. |

About twice a week I use retisol A (0.1%) which require a perscription here. I use Elizabeth Grants Torricilum eye serum, and her advanced cellular eye cream on top, twice daily. The combination seems to work very well for my eyes...I get great lifting and firming! I have no puffiness or dark circles, so I can't comment on that. |
