I'm wondering which product to use consistently in order to get plump lips. Any thoughts on whether Candy's new lip treatment or Carrie's lush lips plumper is better? They both sound like great products but would appreciate feedback from those that have used either of these, or even both of these! |

Have these been around long enough to compare them to the likes of City Lips (for long term plumbing)? I'm not so interested in an immediate plumper since I've got a ton that seem to do that, but I want something that competes with City Lips for that long term effect. |

Good question, I'd like to know the answer to that too! |

Hi CleanSkin!
I've only tried Carrie's colored balms (which were lovely), not the plumper...so I can't comment on that product. However, I have been faithfully using the Candessence "Lip Service" treatment, and can't say enough good things about it! It hydrates, smooths and plumps beautifully...and you only need to use it a.m. and p.m. to see results (no need to reapply all day long). What I also like is that it sinks right in, so you can use any other lip products you want to along with it...lipsticks, stains, glosses, etc.
Here are some other threads about this product you might want to take a look at:

HTH!

Just started so too early IMO to comment. But I will say this "Candy's applicator rocks". |

Can't speak for Carries, not for lack of trying tho, emails bounce back ect... but Candys came to my house super fast, is very moisturising, agree with alot Mary said, plus after 2 weeks it deeply exfolated my lips, not in a sheet of skin off way, but slowly, hard to explain but my lips were just great and rosy, so rosy I went to reapply new coat of sheer lip tint and I was amazed to find I did not need it at all, they were so rosy!!! |

I have used Carekates lip colors, plumper and her night treatment duo. Excellent products and beautiful colors. I do not need much lip plumping. Actually, I don't believe in it. You can enhance you natural lip by keeping them soft, line free and give them a little pout. It is the hydration that makes your lips look larger. If you want to enhance what you have temporarily lip plumpers will do the job. If you want your lips fuller on a more permanent basis I would have them injected. (ouch)
I have not tried Candy's new lip product. I am quite sure I will like it. To date I have not used anything that I have received from Candy that I did not like.
We have some very talented members here on EDS. Much TLC goes into each order.
I have never had a problem ordering from either one of these members. Carrie had more then her share of troubles for several months but things are getting better (I finally heard from her after much concern). Let us hope that the Spring and Summer will bring much good health to Carrie and her family. |

Shame it has been so hard for Carrie recently, but luckily I got to try her Lush Lips (in the very lovely shade of Blushing Nude).
I have just ordered Candy's Lip treatment so I hope I can provide a review of the two soon.
However I actually think they might be two different kind of product. Candy's is a lip treatment and you are meant to use a lip balm or lipstick on top. Carrie's is a lip balm and uses Maxi Lip which I thought was a temporary plumper.
HTH . I think the two working together will maybe finally give me a plump. |

Unfortunately I was unable to try Carrie's lip tx. before her family tradgey, but desperately want to. I did just receive Candy's lip tx. and have been using it for 2 days and like it so far. I must say that the "sting" was alittle bit of a shock at first but not an issue now. Too soon to say about long term effects, but I'm positive. |

I've been using Candy's Lip Service for the last three days and am definitely sold on this product. The "sting" is minimal for me and it plumps a little, but what has impressed me the most is that the texture and softness of my lips have greatly improved. |

Do any of you know whether or not Carrie has come out with a "clear" lip plumper? Or is it still only available in tinted form? I would email her but I just don't want to bother her and thought someone here might know. |
