im 21 with dark circles and puffy eyes! i've done some searches for eye creams on here and there are some rave reviews on cellcosmet and peter thomas roth...but they're waaaaaaay too expensive for me! my budget's £25, so about 48CAD/40USD max.

i dont want anything too hydrating cos my eye area's prone to milia. i did want to get psf's cranberry eye gel but am allergic to it so dont wanna try other psf's eye creams.

so far i've got down:
- obagi new derm eye cream
- L'Occitane Express Eye Treatment
-dremu airbrush refining eye cream
which should i go for? or is there anything better?
TIA

Based on what you are looking for then I think Dr Renaud Multi-Active Eye Contour Tensor may just suit and it is reasonably priced.

I found the Clarins eye creams worked really well for me at one point, especially if you want something light. And they're reasonably priced too. They seem to last forever..

I haven't tried the Peter Thomas K stuff either because of the price. But I've seen the Peter Thomas K stuff sell for less on Ebay.

Currently I'm really liking Leaf & Rusher Eye Treatment which you can get for much less than retail on Ebay - I see a noticable difference in my fine lines / crow's feet. It contains actives, it's light - not too thick, and doesn't irritate my eyes (I use it under and on eyelids as well):
http://www.leafandrusher.com/ click on DNAResolve

Before that I considered (and may still get since it's reasonable) Bright Eye Serum REDUCES UNDER EYE BAGS & DARK CIRCLES (Moisturizes with 8% Hyaluronic Acid & Squalane Serum)

since a samll bottle goes long time, I would go for the best eye cream no matter the price is. But, which one really works?

I think you should explore the possibility of allergies or not enough sleep, too much caffeine as a possible cause of puffiness and dark circles.
Generally at your age unless it is genetic there is usually an underlying cause and an eye cream will not get rid of the problem.
Check also your salt and nitrate intake, it may be as simple as excluding these things from you diet or just adding water, vitamins and minerals and a few good night sleeps!!

hmm, maybe it is cos of lack of sleep...i've been trying to cram 3wks of work into 3days due to being plain lazy Rolling Eyes . i dont really drink coffee, tea (except green tea) or any soft drinks so i dont think its the caffeine.

thanks for all ur help (i will go to bed early now Very Happy )
