I'm sure this has been posted before but can't seem to find it
Can anyone suggest some good supplements (from H&B) that would help with general health and skin health. I've heard about epo and fish oils, does anyone else take these? I keep seeing skin, hair and nail supplements. Are these any good? Thanks |

I've just got myself some spatone. It's a natural mineral water iron supplement. I'm always low in energy and I'm hoping this will help. It's the most common deficiency in the world apparently.
I'm going to be getting fish oils too but not from Holland & Barrett.
Very good vitamin brands are
Biocare
Viridian
Nordic Naturals (fish oils)
I've read that it's probably more important to up our omega 3s than 6s Our diet generally has too many of them already. |
