| Hello, I am a new user of Alphaderm CE, I decided to try it because of all the positive feedback from this site. I am 34 years old and am starting to get serious about fighting wrinkles!! I am wondering just how beneficial it is to use the skin prep before the CE, am I just wasting money by using the CE alone? Thanks, Chris |

I don't think you're wasting your money if you decide not to use the Skin Prep BUT, you'll see far more significant results with it..... At least, that was my experience.

I agree.
I'm a slacker in the mornings, and its a pain to let all this stuff dry before putting on makeup. I can't say I always use the Skin Prep, but it does make a difference when I do. |

I agree with what everyone has said. You certainly can use AlphaDermaCE solo. The Facial Skin Prep does magnify the benefits of AlphaDerma and any other product you use.
I use AlphaDerma on my whole face and neck. You can spot treat: forhead, 11, crows feets. I am much older then you and like the firming qualities for my whole face. |

| I use Skin Prep and AlphaDerma in the AM and copper peptide serum in the PM. Would it make sense to use the Skin Prep before the copper to help the copper absorb? |

I was using ADCE and Prep two times a day for approximately three years. I started using CP's over a month ago. Like you, I use CP's in the evening. I like Mineral Prep very much under the CP Serum. |

| Thanks Winnie, I think I'll start to use the Skin Prep before the CPs. Actually, I have read your routine and I think we are using the same products although I'm still looking for an eye cream. |
