Hi guys
How are you
I was wondering if any of you guys knew any particular diets for anything.Or anyone else neede to know. You could tell. Right now I wanted to know if there is a particular diet for fair skin.
Anyway if you can help or know anything, could you tell me.

Hmm. Can't say that I have ever heard of anything like this, even though there now seems to be a diet for everything. You know: low-carb, high fat, blood type, etc.

Rule of thumb, I think, is eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep & exercise, use your sunblock, and drink a lot of water. Pretty simplistic, and as much as some people swear by their Atkins, South Beach, or Zone diets, from a more personal perspective, I lost A LOT of weight several years back. My opinion: EAT LESS, MOVE MORE.

I agree with Caspers mum. The best thing to do is eat well & healthily. Don't deprive yourself of treats and don't use the word diet, well I don't because as soon as I hear that word I think of chocolate and crisps. You just got to be sensible. Oily fish is supposed to be very good for you weight wise and skin wise. Bad Grin

Lets see, Eat more fruits and vegetables will be good and maybe pop some vitamins may help skin. I know a girl who use to take code liver oil pills and help her skin and Hair termendously.
