Hi there!
I am from the UK and am 24 years old. Back in my college days I used to body build quite rigorously.
For the past 2 years I haven't had as much time to body build and have noticed my arms have stretch marks all over them.
The stretch marks are white coloured and feel slightly indented and I really want to get rid of them
I've looked into some products but I am not sure of the best and cheapest method of getting rid of the marks.
Is the NaturDerm Epidermix II cream the ideal cream to get rid of the stretch marks or can anyone advise on another product?
Thanks! |

Hello, Vegeta.
Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately it's difficult to improve stretch marks because the problem is located in the deeper layers of the skin. Therefore, topical treatments will have limited effect.
Quite a few people on the forum are currently treating scars and stretchmarks with Dermaroller. Basically, it's a plastic roller with needles that are long enough to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin in order to break down old collagen and promote growth of new collagen.
Here's some information about Dermaroller used on stretchmarks

Here's a long thread from EDS forum about dermarolling
