And it's kicking my butt!

But...there is no way to avoid getting in shape and losing tons of weight!

http://www.genesisfitnesscamps.com/

OMG check out the video...giant LOGS as a fitness aid Shock

Anyone else ever done this kind of stuff?

How do you deal with the soreness?

What kind of results did you get?

I'm just in the basic boot camp (no logs) and it's STILL unbelievably hard!

Bahahahahaha! I thought you meant Army Boot camp....not Sky Sport and Spa type boot camp! Just a chuckle at myself...not you. I just made an assumption by your title.

Ok, for sorness...I can't stress enough the wonders of Tiger Balm. Its like Bengay on crack. A little goes a long way, but the stuff works. I have grown to love the smell, but other may not. Shock You can find it at Health Food stores. It is Great for aches and pains. I'm very active (how I torn my ACL) and I live with this stuff. I even have a small tube of it in my purse.

Also, try epson salt. Just soak in a bath with a bunch of the ES in it (amount is on the carton). The salt soak works on the feet too. Really helps! You can find it in Walmart.

Thanks, Deane123!

Tigerbalm really does help, and so does the Epson salt bath (I do it at 4:45am before boot camp, so I can participate without groaning too much)

It's been two weeks so far, and I've lost so much tummy fat I can only wear drawstring pants. The abs are getting the three vertical lines--no sixpack yet but I'm hoping it'll be there by the end of the fourth week Very Happy

BFF was up for the weekend, and we ate like crazy. Amazingly, I'm even thinner today than I was on Friday! It seems like really vigorous exercise gets the metabolism so high, all food is burned as fuel Surprised

I could never push myself as hard as the "drill sargeants" push us. Maybe that's why I've been so flabby despite regular gym workouts on my own.

As miserable and painful as "boot camp" is, I highly recommend it!
