I use this in ABRICOT and have done for years,it's really sheer and just evens out my asian colouring so when they discontinued it,i went on a mission to find a replacement. I've tried Bobbi Browns tinted moisturiser which i found too heavy,Laura Merciers T M too didn't like the shades, Benefits Rebel summin TM and also tinted moisturisers from Lancome and Stila but nothing touvhes the sides of my Voile Universel....
Any fellow users found any replacements because my stash isn't going to last forever........ |

I did use Voile Universel (the one in plastic bottle and black lid) before and I agree it went on very sheer. I didn't even know they discontinued it! Anyway, I find Laura Mercier's TM is the closest in terms of texture. I don't know what abricot looks like so I can't compare in terms of shade. Have you tried Dr. Hauschka Toned Day Cream as it's supposed to be quite light as well? Also if you can find Vincent Longo, another member here (la vie en rose) recommends the Dew Finish foundation which is very light and sheer and is more or less like a foundation. HTH |

Hi Missmia,
try a sample of Becca's tinted moisturizer--it is very light and sheer, and evens out your skin tone perfectly (if that is what you are looking for) without providing too much coverage or looking at all like foundation. As well, a marvelously sheer product for touch ups is By Terry's light expert. I'm assuming you could use the peachy color all over, but it is pricey for that. It's my "holy grail" concealer for around the eyes and nose because it gets rid of redness but is INVISIBLE on the skin.
