Dark circle diminishing eye gel

Has anyone tried dark circle diminishing eye gel by urist cosmetics in Canada? I have been reading the past forums about dark circles and millia which I also suffer from. I appreciate the info on the product reviews. I can't wait to try some of the products you have suggested. There is so much out there how do you know what is good or not without spending a fortune. Can anyone recommend a good eye makeup remover and do you feel it is essential do use one?

I haven't heard of that brand but I have used PTR Power K Eye Rescue with success.

In terms of makeup remover I have found a few that have been really good. The Dermalogica one (but it's more of a gel consistency) is very effective and no stinging. I have always liked the Body Shop Camomile one but I was quite surprised that the reviews of it aren't all that good. The common agreement there seems to be that it's not gentle enough - I wouldn't know as I don't have a problem with sensitive skin. I have never liked the L'Oreal one (the two layer one) or the Nivea one. I am currently using Garnier Synergie Ultra-Gentle makeup remover and I'm quite happy with that one. I'd like to try the Babor pre-moistened eye makeup removal pads next. They remind me of the ones Almay used to make. Perfect concept for lazy people such as myself Laughing

So far though the Garnier one is the winner...

*Edited to add that - yes, I feel it is very important to use eye makeup remover if you wear eye makeup. However, some cleansers can double as eye makeup removers as well. So it's all good as long as you are removing the eye makeup at the end of the day. I have found the YonKa Gel Nettoyant cleanser and the Decleor Cleansing Oil to both be good at removing eye makeup.

I have used that product - isn't it the one with money back offer? What did it do for my dark circles - it reduced very minimally (barely noticeable) the dark circles.

My dark circles are hereditery (this issue was discussed on another post) & hence I believe it may not go away at all.

I like the cream (it comes with cream & some kind of serum) & use it all over my face as an overnite moisturizer - it feels really cool Laughing

Hi Skadoodle,

Yes, I've tried the dark circle diminishing system from Urist Cosmetics. I tried the system for almost 2 months with very little improvement. I didn't like the consistency of the serum which had to be applied over the gel. It was sticky and took forever to absorb completely. Then it made my undereye concealer cake up and look crepey and I'm only in my 30's!!
So I would suggest saving your money and trying another product.
I order the PTR Power K and received a sample of Cellcosmet Contour Cream. I'll let you know if I see any improvements (too soon to tell).
