I am using a sunblock with the list of ingredients as following:
Titanium Dioxide;
Zinc Oxide;
Water (Aqua);
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride;
Ethylhexyl;
Benzoate;
Dimethicone;
Cyclomethicone;
Melissa Officinalis (Balm Mint);
Butylene Glycol;
Talc;
Octyldodecyl Neopentanoate;
Butyloctyl Salicylate;
Cetearyl Glucoside;
Cetearyl Alcohol;
Glyceryl Stearate;
PEG - 100 Stearate;
Tocopherol;
Tocopheryl acetate ;
Retinyl Palmitate ;
PVP/Elcosene Copolymer ;
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer ;
Sorbitan Laurate ;
Xanthan Gum ;
Acrylates/C10-30;
Acrylate Crosspolymer ;
Simethicone ;
EDTA ;
Phenoxyethanol ;
Isopropylparaben ;
Isobutylparaben ;
Butylparaben ;
Iron Oxides
I know there are some people in this forum are very knowledgeable about this topic. Hope you can help me to understand whether this is a good product or not. I am having acnes and rough skin texture recently, I am wondering whether it has something to do with this sunscreen I am using.

It might also help if you post the name and brand of the sunscreen you're using. Then even those of us who may not be super knowledgeable about ingredients may be able to give you some advice! |

This stuff has a lot of -cones and -polymers. It might be suffocating your skin. |

It is made by Fallene, the name is COTZ, also know as Total Block. COTZ is the version for kids and sensitive skin. It has SPF value of 58. But I am not sure how effective it is for blocking UVA.
This is the third tube I am using. I didn't really have any break out propblems with the previous two tubes I used. Besides the break out, I also notice I am still getting sun spot although I religiously applying it every day all year. |
