This just SO sits wrong to me. Lately, I have been getting a few 'e-card' notifications that would take me to an error page saying the 'new page' has moved and to click there. Needless to say I didn't. I DID go to the legit e-card companies site and found this is apparently a wide spread issue -

If in fact you did receive an e-card titled from "a friend, a co-worker, a classmate etc" is most likely is NOT legit. Report the card to the site they are claiming to use (example - ecards.com above) and be sure to report it to the US Government link toward the bottom of the page. Deleting the notice is fine, but reporting it will be siccing the US Government on them so the internet can stay 'relatively' safe. |

Thanks for that. I have been receiving loads of them just recently, they're going straight in my trash can now. |

Thanks; I have been receiving a bunch of these the last few days. They have been going into my spam folder, and after reading the e-mails (which seem poorly written and/or unprofessional), I have been deleting them. You confirmed that I wasn't missing out on any great cards
