I ordered a sample kit from BBS sometime in june (I think its the 1st week of june) and I've still not received the item. I've left a message on the live help twice but no one has replied...so I was wondering for those who have ordered from them, how long did it take you to receive your products...especially those in Europe?
Even though its not a lot of money- about $8, after hearing all the great things about it, I was hoping to recieve the samples within 3 weeks
Thanks! |

I'd pm Justin about it, yeahyeah. I got my samples in one week. This is way too long. It probably got lost in the mail. Are you in the US? I only had to pay $5 for shipping. |

No I'm in the UK and the postage was $7.95, if I remember it correctly.
At first I thought it got held up at customs, but its not really worth anything, it should arrive straight to me.
Thanks, I never thought about PMing Justin, I'll do that straight away! Its just that when I asked him a question about the samples on LiveHelp (although he was off), he answered so quickly, so Im guessing LiveHelp isnt working properly I guess |

You're welcome, Yeahyeah. I can understand that moving offices could be tough, but your order was placed a month ago. Did Justin mention when he would be able to send them to you? Hopefully soon!! |

No, he said he's going to get his sales people to sort it out on Monday, but he gave me his email address should I have any more problems.
I'm guessing its lost in the post though...there was a strike with the Royal Mail last week, so maybe that's when it got lost |
