i love love love sushi!! But i do see how eating raw fish can carry many bacteria etc.
Lately i try not to eat raw fish if i order sushi... i usually get like an avacado roll... but the chefs making the sushi touch raw fish while making my roll, so it's contamination anyways |

Yeah, and my philosophy has sort of been to eat what you like and deal with the consequences if you encounter them. I think I'm happier that way overall even if I do have to deal with the occasional health issue like pesky parasites! |

Hey Ginnielizz - You've got to try Oil of Oregano - it is truly awesome as a natural anti-parasite remedy. I love Sushi, too, but realise there are potential problems that may occur by eating it. I now take Oil of Oregano before and after I eat Sushi just to make sure I do not encounter any problems from parasites. Oil of Oregano is the best natural anti-parasite, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal remedy I have ever come across. EVERYONE should have a bottle in their medicine cabinet and definitely take one with them when they travel! |

You know, I read some about this when I started browsing Candida threads on EDS, and now I think I may need to track this down. I'm pretty sure I'm very candida-prone, too, so it'll be good for that as well. I don't love the idea of adding yet another pill/supplement to my daily barrage of things to be swallowed at mealtime, but this seems like something I would particularly benefit from, especially since I have an unfortunately sensitive stomach - and I never let it stop me from eating sketchy things that make me sick. Thanks! |

You should really go see a specialist like a gastroenterologist. It sounds like you need to have an endoscopy. Look this up online. I promise you the procedure is not as frightening as it may appear and they will definitely be able to figure out what is going on. Hope you feel better soon. |
