I've been told that wearing makeup while working out is bad for your skin, but what about MMU?
My skin isn't nice enough to go au-natural just yet.

I've been wearing foundation while working out my entire life, with never a problem. In fact I just got back from the gym after working out in Alima MMU and think my skin looks pretty good, if I say so myself Very Happy
However, my skin is usually pretty good and tough as an old boot. Might not be such a good idea for problem skin..

I agree with Appletini--- I always wear make up when I work out and I've never had any problems. Since MMU is oil-free, I'd say it's even safer to wear when working out than traditional MU. I say go for it! Very Happy

yeah I did workout with regular makeup without a problem. I guess MMU should be even better. I agreed with manslayerliz that actually the skin looks pretty good after exercise haha Very Happy cuz of the oil and sweat setting the makeup hehe Laughing But I have to say although MMU doesn't clog your pores as much, try to keep it to the minimum.

I used to workout with my regular makeup, but my derm told me that it was probably worsening my breakouts as it trapped sweat and bacteria rather than letting my skin breathe it out. After coming off accutane I'd work out without any makeup at all, but on days that i was wearing makeup, the next morning I would usually find an unpleasant surprise Rolling Eyes

now that my skin isn't so great again, I worked out today with my MMU on...and I too noticed that my makeup seemed to look better than before I had gone to the gym, hahaha, I had a 'glow' and my pores looked great! We'll see if I get any nasties in the morning though! Gonna do a JB peel just in case though!

I cannot wear makeup while working out, the sweat makes it look really bad. Nothing worse than having the makeup split from your face and cake as it dries again... Laughing

I can't even wear sunscreen when I work out, as the sweat makes it drip into my eyes and it stings like a witch with a B. I can't even imagine how you ppl wear foundation! I do sweat profusely when I work out though, maybe not everybody needs to towel their face like I do.
