I am very confused and conflicted about the Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant by Jan Marini. I've been using a fair few of her products at the moment so naturally I looked into this particular sunscreen of hers.
So I started researching about it and I've heard that it is un-stable and that it's not a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Did I just waste $40~ dollars? |

I read that it doesnt protect from UVA rays. You should check out MUA for the reviews there, as I was contemplating on whether to purchase it as I'm using most of the JM line, but after reading some reviews on MUA, I decided to not waste my money on a sunscreen which doesnt protect me fully. |

Thanks yeahyeah.
What a waste of money, but more-so a disappointment.
Would you be able to recommend a broad-spectrum sunscreen similar to JM? (eg: oil-free, mattifying, antioxidants etc.)
Thanks in advance. |

I havent used that many sunscreens so I cant exactly recommend you any "great ones". But right now Im using DDF's organic and the moisturising one which on my skin looks very matte, no white cast, doesnt ball up and didnt break my skin out.
The DDF organic one has 3.2% titanium dioxide and 6% zinc oxide, which some members have said isnt enough, so I have bought some other sunscreens for when I go on hol. But they havent arrived yet so I cant review them. As for the DDF moisturising sunscreen, Im afraid I've already thrown the box one away and cant list the active ingredients for you.
Im sure other members will chime in with thier recommendations! |
