This is a review for Decleor lip balm
http://www.essentialdayspa.com/decleor-aroma-solutions-n-p_1177.htm
The tube is a squeeze out tube, I use the finger to apply because otherwise the applicator sections gets it all over.
Then you taste cinnamon right away. It feels a bit vaseline like in consistency and taste too (weird, I know). What it does great, and I have to admit that - is it softens lips right away. I have the crazy habit of biting my lips and peeling skin off, so when it heals up it's rough and not pleasant. So this kind of rough skin on lips this balm softens right away.
The negative is it doesn't keep at it for long. It sort of goes away, disappears, so you have to reapply it after a few hours.
Compared to Dr. Hauschka's lip balm (the stick version), it softens better, but the taste and the feel are worse than Dr. H.
The size is decent, and you really need very little of it to get the full effect. It's 10ml and I can see it lasting for quite a while.
Again, after trying a sample of dermalogica age smart lip balm, which felt like a huge WOW, it doesn't plump your lips.
Will report back in a week or so to see further results. |
