I'd like to know what Catherine Zeta-Jones and Liv Tyler use, they are natural beauties with absolutely stunning skin!

I don't think any celebrity is relying on one single skincare line, they have the top P.S lining up for them. Razz

La Prairie is also a Swiss brand, I used this for nearly 3 yrs and didn't see any improvement in my skin. I wouldn't recommend that you buy it if you are over there.

Yes I know it's a Swiss brand, I heard it is for more mature skin, how come you can use it for 3 years since you didnt find any improvement?
I can barely stick to one product for 3 months.

Catherine Zeta-Jones has represented Elizabeth Arden products for a few years but she looked stunning even before she started with them.

I suppose I believed that because they were expensive that they worked even though I didn't see any improvement in my skin. Over the last year the skin around my eyes has become dehydrated and showing fine lines, I had been using a serum and eye cream and it still didn't help. My facialist told me to stop using it as it seemed to be emphasising the fine lines around my eyes. I recently tried remergent products and they are lovely on the skin, too early to say if they will improve my skin yet.

I read in the French Marie Clair fashion magazine that Milla Jovovich uses Cellcosmet because her skin is so dry.

I went to switzerland backin 2004, the stuff there is about 20% less and no tax compared to US. Not sure if that still apply...I ended up buying about 2000 worth items for my siblings as well...

Actually I must disagree about Catherine ZJ's skin. If you ever get a chance to look at untouched and full size candid photos, her skin texture is incredibly porous and "thick", and every picture of her in magazines is very air brushed to remove that shiny rough texture.

I’m always wary of claims that XYZ celebrity uses any particular brand. Many companies (not only skincare) give free stuff to celebrities with the condition attached that they can then quote them as using their product, when quite possibly some “celebs” just accept everything thrown their way, never even look at it much less use it, and give it away as Xmas presents or, dare I suggest, have someone sell it on ebay for them Shock

Agree. That`s a fact that people judge them by their air-brushed photos and consider them perfect, unlike themselves. Everyone would look perfect when air-brushed in Photoshop. Rolling Eyes

The rich and famous many of them go to top Dermatologists out here in LA anyway. They even have back door entrances so us regular people don't see them come in.

I have an appt. with Dr. Peter Kopelson soon in BH who is one of the top Dermatologist to the stars so I will find out what he is recommending for people. I know he is using the Cutera Pearl laser as I have read this and been told this by a few friends who have seen him. Kate Somerville also has this laser now in her office out here. It is suppose to be the newest wonder laser?

Will let you all now when I see him.
