Hi,
I have little pimples on my arms I can't find anything to get rid of them they are getting worse.I am concerned with these i have had them not for a long time but now they have spread to my lower forarm.If anyone can help please do. |

I would suggest you see a Dr first as this may be rash. IF it turns out that it isn't a rash (or anything else medical) then I would try exfoliating more often and also dry body brushing and see if that helps. I use MDF Face & Body Scrub (and also do dry body brushing) and that keeps the little bumps on the back of my thighs away.

Yes, exfoliation does help. I also have this problem before, I fix it by exfoliating with H2O Rasberry Scrub everyday after shower and the problem disappear after a week. |

I have these too and my Dermatologist prescribed a cream that is 15% lactic acid. I believe the little bumps are called keratosis. I get them on my legs too and use the cream on my legs. It helps a lot but to be honest, nothing totally gets rid of them (if this is what you have). Good luck. |
