Any reccomendations for mega-masks which quickly reverse the effects of cabin air (dry and nasty) on skin.
My favourite must beusing clarins beauty flash balm used as a mask. lovely. in fact i even lavish it on my skin in-flight.

I love Dr. H Rejuvenating Mask. Rinse it off before landing and I always arrive with glowing skin.

I am flying over the holidays and I plan on using my Cellcosmet Anti-Stress mask. It's great because I can just apply a thin layer and leave it -- no rinsing required.

Not really a mask, but I love Decleor's nutri-delice cream to use when flying - it's really hydrating and soothing. It's too rich for me to use normally (I have combination skin), but just right for planes.

I just use PSF's berry benefical serum (HA based) with ultra emu oil over it. When I landed my skin was all glowy and smooth Smile

I have not tried it myself but I remember Tiger Tim raved about the Organic Pharmacy collagen mask on flights.

For me it's Valmont Nature's Moisturizing with a Mask. After a 16 hour flight my skin was SUPER dry and flaky but within a few days of using this (can be used both as a mask or as a leave-in) the flakiness completely subsided!

does anyone feel self-conscious slathering stuff on mid-flight? I have yet to put a mask on while flying.

Especially on a long flight, I think everyone is so preoccupied with trying to make themsalves comfortable, they couldn't care less what you are doing. And the cabin crew have seen it all Rolling Eyes !

I never care what I look like during a flight, but I always feel embarrassed when I get off and go through customs etc at the other end as I invariably look like a train wreck!

just imagining all us ladies on the same flight together! We'd look like something from dawn of the dead!!! lol. I have to say I think I have gone past the stage of feeling self conscious on flights. I remember my skin once got so dry on a flight to NY (I live in UK) that it just flaked and peeled the whole three days. I looked awful and couldn't even put foundation on without looking like a chalkboard - that made me more self conscious. I do like the sound of that organic pharmacy collagen mask!! Am on a course of 70% glycolic peels at the moment so my skin is really lovely. But I will have to ensure I don't dry out again!!!
