Hello Everyone!
So I have a little money to spend on skincare and my shopping list is looking like this:
Epidermx II
Super CP Serum (been using the regular CP Serum)
True Radiance Youth Serum
I am keen to try the Epidermx II although I'd like to know if it really is any better than other home microderm creams I already have L'Oreal and Roc's version which are fine for a bit of a scrub but don't really have too great an impact on my skin. So I am hoping that the hype about Epidermx is true and that it really does assist in resurfacing my skin better.
Also which product is best to use along side Epidermx II I have seen it frequently sold with Silkia camellia oil (which seems a very interesting product it it's own right) and also with Chrysalyx and Naturdermx ultimate peptide complex which are by the same manafacturer these also look nice.
If anyone could advise me on the above questions about Epidermx II, or indeed the Youth Serum I would be grateful!
Take Care,
Pandora |

Let me tell you, E2 is nothing like any other scrub you have used! I'll stick by that statement! Its far more effective and if used properly, more gentle. The key is to not use too much if any pressure, the product its self does the work. Remember to spend more time on your trouble spots and in about a week or two you will see a huge difference, although you will see a difference in smoothness right away.
I really like Chrysalyx and a little goes a long way, just a small bead for your whole face and neck so the bottle is a good value.
I haven't tried the Naturdermx ultimate peptide complex but I hear good things about it.
Good Luck! |

I wanted to add that the Naturdermx ultimate peptide complex is better for dryer skin or can be used around the eyes and on the neck for oily skin. Chrysalyx is perfect for oily skin that doesn't need a lot of moisture but the two can be layered. Both smell incredible, in fact all the Naturderm products do! |

I totally agree with tsjmom and VS. I have tried L'Oreal and Ponds' microderm products before, and I wasn't terribly impressed. Honestly, I probably never would have tried EpidermxII if it weren't for the fact that I got my hands on a sample. I have to say--- that one small sample was all it took---- I was hooked!!! |

Hey thanks Guys, you've convinced me to take the plunge! I think I will try out the Epidermx II on it own at 1st and if I find I like it I will try out the other products in the range.
Thanks again! |

Okay - question on Epidermix II use - I just got my jar today from EDS (YAY!) It says to massage on face for only a few seconds (45sec I think?)... but HOW MUCH of the product do you use at one time? I think I took out too much on my 1st attempt (I used a loonie-sized glob). |

The size of a large pea, give or take. You may need to use it a few times to find your right amount. |

i find if you follow the directions and make sure that your face is "damp" rather than wet, the E2 works better and you don't have to use as much. I dry off my face a little bit and then use the scrub. |

Thank you for the tips!
On "damp" does this mean blotted off with a towel? Where the skin feels dry to the touch but still a bit plumped up from cleansing? |

yea, blotted off, but its still a little wet. lol. sorry, that's a bad description. it should still be kind of like a paste. if it's too dry, the E2 will probably be too rough so you will have to a little more water until you get the right consistency. |
