I dyed my hair back to black one and half month ago with L'oreal's excellence hair colorant. Color wise, it works ok, but somehow it worsened my hair so much. Now half a day after I washed my hair they get clogging and so dried out.
Before this line, I was using L'oreal's Feria line which works wonderful.
I assume I will never use Excellence again.  |

I dye my hair every 3 weeks b/c of gray roots, and i found that sometimes my hair can feel like straw when I have switched a brand. When this happens I use Redken Anti-Snap about 3X a week. THis really strengthens my hair. Also try using a deep hydrating conditiononer.

| I use Herbatint for hair colour, as it is one of the lines carried by an organic food store. While the colour is great, with good coverage and long lasting results, I still find my hair can be so dry after shampooing (I use Jason Natural Biotin shampoo), that I cannot imagine not using conditioner. I will look for the Redken product as an extra boost! Thanks. |
