For the past week, I've been using 10% vit C solution (1 TBL distilled water, 1/4 + tsp L-AA). I'm using this for a toner, a collagen stimulate, anti-acneic benefits and some protection from the sun. My face is feeling really tight and somewhat burned around my nose. Do I just start every other day and build tolerance? Any thoughts or suggestions about the why/how I'm doing this? |

I would maybe start slowly. Are you sure about your measurements as well? 1/4+ tsp is a bit vague! Either way you will be getting some exfoliation from your brew so you should think about how you moisturise afterwards. I'd use an emu/HA mix personally.

I'm actually using a scale to get it right at 10%. I wait 20 minutes, and then I use my marityme gel and camellia oil mixed. I think I will alternate and see if my face tolerates that better. |
