Great link cindy, thanks! The article on sea-based ingredients may help to explain why my DIY seamollient hair serum/leavein conditioner has been so effective! |

I love that site. I especially like the stylist recommendations. When you have lots of thick curly hair, there's nothing worse than getting a haircut from someone who doesn't know how to deal with it. |

I've been a member there for 7 years and learned A LOT about my taking care of my curly hair. I also found my awesome stylist there thru the recommendations page. |

I agree that it's a great website. I've been doing the curly girl "thang" since Jan 07, and it's really helped me thru it. |

That site is wonerful! I found it back in 2002 when I started growing out my curly too-short cut. I know I would have chopped my several times by now if it wasn't for the great support and recommendations at NC.com. |

Did you read the article about the dating where she put a profile up with curly hair and one with straight hair.
Scary.
But true, I think. |

that more men prefer straight hair? I LOVE that !! It weeds out the fools....the ones that are attracted to us are generally more fun loving adventurous and sexy!....after all it isnt about the quantity but quality right?! |

the site sounds good thanx for the link ........curly hair is hard to manage than straight hair. And straigtenig the hair damages it soo much. I usually go with whatever im in mood for.
Naturally i have wavy curly hair.
Plateing the hair before sleeping. Gives you good curls in the morning lol |
