What can anyone tell me about MK Medium Coverage foundation?

| I would REALLY recommend that you steer clear of it. I don't know anything about that particular foundation, but I have scars on my face and neck because of a horrible reaction to MK foundation. Someone talked me into trying it a few years ago, and my skin has never looked that horrible in my whole life. I know that some people use MK almost exclusively, but I will never touch another one of their products. |

I have the Medium Coverage Foundation and it´s ok. It´s nothing speciale, a good coveration, but with oily skin you have to use powder after a while.
I prefer MF. |

Some people do react terribly to MK in general. Actually an MK consultant told me she did also, but she was advised that her skin was just purging itself and to continue until it's done. She had gorgeous skin the last time I saw her.
Anyway, MK foundation colors are great, some of the most natural I've seen and I've tried many! It matches my deep goldeny-olive skin. And in fact, before I began my skin lightening journey, I used the full coverage foundation as a councealer. However, the coverage still wasn't enough. |

| Mine wasn't purging, I promise. It gave me skin problems I've never even thought about having. The derm I went to told me it was full of stuff that can cause reactions, both allergic and acne type. |

I have known a few people who used MK foundations. Each one of them told me that it did bad things to their skin (breakouts, rashes, etc.) These conversations came about when someone I knew got into the MK business several years ago. That MK consultant told me that she was taking prescription meds to help her skin look better (just a heads up to people who see m/u consultants with awesome skin -- sometimes it's through prescription chemistry that they get their incredible "look").
See if you can try samples of the foundation before you buy. Although the consultant will likely take back the product, you may have to swap out for other product rather than a full refund if the product starts not working for you after the refund period is over. |

Any opinions on their cream to powder foundation? I've been trying to find their ingredients list and this is what I found:
Mary Kay Cream-to-Powder Foundation Oil free Beige 2 - Active_Ing: Octyl Isonanoate,Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer,Boron Nitride,Dimethicone,Capric Triglyceride,Tribenin,OxySilicate,C20-40 Alcohols,Phenoxyethanol Ing: Methypapaben,Metthicone,Disodium Edta,Fragrance,Peg-4 Laurate,BHA<BHT,Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate,iron oxides,titanium dioxide,mica,bismuth
I know it has mica and bismuth but I was thinking today about when exactly my skin started changing and it was about 2 years ago when I started using Mineral foundation. Prior to that I had always used MK creme-to-powder foundation.
