Question to those using the OCM Method. I have used this method before and got my recipes from a skin care book. However, I never tried the Castor Oil. I am going to try this again, and see what happens.
My question is are you guys also using an exfoliating treatment, or are you just using the OCM and Vitamin C?
I also read on another site that bentonite clay was great for pulling out impurities. I am going to buy some at the health food store and see how that works too. |

Run a search for OCM and it can answer most of your questions.
I only use Castor oil and EVOO. I don't mix in anything else. The CO is the cleanser and EVOO is the moisturizer.
Most folks use the clay with the aspirin mask.
Good luck. |

Oh.My.Gosh. I tried OCM last night for the first time, and it completely transformed my skin. My skin doesn't even look this great after a facial. My pores look uncongested and much smoother, my skin was totally moisturized, I didn't get nearly as greasy today during the day, and I feel like I have a nice healthy glow. I got so many compliments at work about how I looked really good, and if I changed my hair (I didn't) or have a new boyfriend (I didn't, unfortunately.)
I saw that there was an old post about OCM, but no recent ones so I thought I would get this one rolling. How many of you who were using OCM before are still using it? Any new tips for OCM newbies? |
