How many of you have tried oil of Olay Definity?
I have tried many other way more expensive products, but this drugstore find really is excellent.
It is a foam and really glides on. I have never tried an OOO product I really liked but I do love this one! I am only on week one but my skin is really responding to it.
Anyone else use it?

I think this is a very interesting line but unfortunately it is not yet available in Aus so I can't try it. If it does come this way, I will probably give it a try as the website is quite interesting and the concept behind the product line is unusual. |

It has glucosamine which is supposed to brighten, I like this product and my skin does like glucosamine. They have a fragrance free version for those sensitive like I am. |

Pippi_Plum could you explain in a little more detail what you mean when you say that your skin is really responding to this?
bushy-what do you find to be "unusual" about the concept behind this product line.
Thanks In Advance for your replies.

You probably should have a look at the website which will explain it in more detail.

I did look at the website and nothing really caught my eye as unusual. It looks like the main ingredients that they are focusing on are glusosamine and niacinamide. Is that what you find unusual? Or is it something else?
Maybe it is just me but I have read quite a bit about niacinamide (which Olay has had in some of their product lines for years now) so to me that is nothing new or unusual. And while I have not read alot about glucosamine, I had seen it mentioned before.
That being said I do think that the Olay products have nice combinations of ingredients overall and I wouldn't mind trying some of their products but I just never seem to get around to it. |

I find it unusual in that they are concentrating on age spots and skin texture and their formation and prevention, especially the use of SIAScopy. They have approached it from the vantage point of why skin looks old and what is needed to be done to correct this. This approach is quite different to anything else I have seen before. Usually companies who mass market products to not go to this extreme to formulate a product. I would certainly try these products if I had access to them. |

My skin looks brighter
pores are tighter
My face is softer
fine lines are reduced
I have been using it just over a week and so far so great! |

bushy thank you for going into more detail about what you found unusual. Since I am very familiar with several Asian skincare brands I suppose that I am so accustomed to seeing product lines that are addressed towards correcting and preventing hyperpigmentation that at least to me it didn't really seem that unusual. But I went back and looked at it again after your latest reply and tried to see it from a different perspective.
You do make a good point that it is unusual for a brand (especially a larger brand) to focus on these issues from the vantage point of why skin looks old. And I too found the use of SIAScopy to be very interesting.
Is it possible for you to order these products online? drugstore dot com (sorry I cannot put the link in!) has the Olay Definity products and I am almost certain that they will ship international orders.
Pippi_Plum thanks for going into more details. How old are you (if you don't mind me asking ) and what is your skin type? TIA |

I've heard raves about this product as well on another beauty site. I've got it on my ever expanding list of products to try! I've heard it's great at reducing sun spots as well which is fantastic. |
