When should I apply these serums? Super GHK and Super CP, same time, one before the other, or one in AM and one in PM? |

Like you, I'm also a CP novice, but I think the idea is to only use one. The cautious approach (the one I am using) is to start with the lowest strength (i.e., Super GHK Copper Serum) and build up a tolerance, and gradually move upwards through the various CP products of increasing strengths. I'm using my Super GHK 2x daily (AM/PM) on alternating days (I use C serum on the other days).

I've been told that topical C is not necessary if we take 1000 mg. of Vit. C and MSM. Most people on this board seem to use both topical and pill form Vit. C so I'm always debating |
