| wondering if anyone has tried this weight loss product and if so, if you have any feedback you'd like to share. |

| My bf and I have tried it. We take one before a fatty meal (Italian, Thai, Chinese), and it really does work. We don't get the side effects they mention (diarrhea). It is supposed to block 25% of fat from the food you eat, so it is not a ticket to overeating. But I do like to use it when we eat out since restaurants tend to use a lot of oil or fatty ingredients. You take one right before meal or even within an hour after as fat is digested more slowly. |
