Hi, 20 year nordic male here. I always get tons of milia under mye eyes. I can get them removed by my dermatologist, but they still keep coming back after a couple of weeks. I've read that one of the reasons might be sun damage, but I'm only 20=P. But is still think that might be the reason since I'm having wrinkles from the sun under my eyes. Or is it something else?

If you search for milia at visualdxhealth you'll find what it is.

Thank you:)

I get milia and I think that if you have that skin type it is impossible to totally prevent them appearing. I have found that avoiding the use of soap cleanser and switching to cleansing balms has helped I think as these protect the skins acid mantle / PH.

I get them removed at the salon with electolysis or electrocutery as it is sometimes called. I works really well.

Barksdale I get milia once in a great while around my eyes as you. I was under the impression it was more about the products I was using. Mine appeared when I was using vasoline (yeah I know) under my eyes. I stopped doing that and began using a much lighter eye cream. The other thing I do is to exfoliate to prevent them from returning.
I have also removed them myself - there is a thread somewhere in here about how to do that without leaving scars etc.

I just removed two under my left eye using a glucose testing lancet.
I very carefully, gently inserted the lncet "under the milia and wiggled a bit. The milia then could be pushed out.

My bf has milia and I have him put AHA Souffle on it every night (at first he only did every 2 to 3 days until he got used to it). It has substantially decreased his milia. I also have his exfoliate and then put on lotion with 30spf.

All this seems to help a lot and the AHA is only $14 on amazon.
