| which one is better flex effect or face master by suzanne somers?? |

Flex Effect is a program that you actually participate in facial exercise. The Face Master is a machine that is said to stimulate the facial muscles.
I have a muscle stimulation device "Nuface." While I am extremely happy with the results of Nuface, it is something I must use daily. Being active in facial exercise I believe would give a more lasting result. Of course, like any exercise,they should be done on a regular basis. |

Winnie.........if i was kinda lazy in not having the time to do facial exercises...as i have the Carol Maggio facercise and also the flex effect- do you think i would see some difference in just using Nuface...........
How long have you had the Nuface and what made you buy the product in the first place?

Hi Kay 
I have been using the Nuface for two months. Buying it was on my mind for a long time. scalawaggirl's posts had me pretty much convinced.
Daily I take 5 minutes to use Nuface. It has made a big difference in the tone and bounce to my skin. The corners of my mouth had started to turn down. Nuface keeps that area straight for most of the day. I still use my Facial Flex almost daily. Several times a week I try to get in some Carol Maggio exercises. Kay, Nuface has given me temporary gratification and I love it! I do believe that to keep my skin as firm as possible I need to take an aggressive approach and include exercise. I am considering Flex Effects. I limit my antiaging routine to 30 minutes a day. Much too much living to do. 
As far as you using Nuface I don't want to be the cause of you spending that much money. Some members like it while others don't see much results. Go to Nuface website and check their return policy. If correct, I believe they have a 30 day return policy.

I haven't really had much chance in posting on eds.....i usually try to find the time to catch up on the forum....and always look forward to your, carekate, loopylori's posts..........too busy being a mum, working full time and studying for another course...........
I did buy Light stim which i used twice and i was very happy with it ..........
I wish i had the patience to even fit in 30 mins a day.....with me it's a case of 'wash and go'......
I do not want to change the subject.....but the Carol Maggio dvd has Carol doing facial exercises lying on the floor.....do you do them as well....?
