Eek! my hands are beginning to age...what can I use to smooth wrinkles and fade age spots?
Should I use the same Retin A that I use on my face or should I give my hands a chemical peel?
(TCA?)
Thanks |

Hi Barefoot girl. I've been using Retin-A (micro) on my hands for about a month now and I'm seeing great results. Brown spots are deminishing and hands are smoother. I use it at night followed by a good moisturizer. To keep the good results going I make sure I use a sunscreen on my hands too. Hands did not peel or get red, like my face! |

I think hands are more of a give away of age than face! Even though I'm fair, my hands are immaculate I don't have one single age spot (and I have freckles elsewhere).
Some of the things I've always done: put lotion on probably 5x a day (I keep a pump bottle next to my car seat, by kitchen sink, baths, nightstand, purse), use extra face product on my hands. Now I try to wear fingerless gloves and drive w/ my hands out of the sun. HTH. |
