do not carry Vit.C. Some of their products have a form of vit. c incorporated but nothing on it's own. I would like to use a vit c in my routine but try to stay with natural skincare lines like Dr. H. Do any other natural/organic skincare users out there use a Vit. C and their thoughts

Huh, never thought about it, but you're right!!!
But wouldn't you say that the products marketed as Vit. C serums also have other things in them? So, for example, would Juice Beauty's soothing serum be something like another's Vit. C serum?

John Masters Organics has one and Avalon has a line of vitamin c products. I use the one fromwww.krippspharmacy.com and I think Jasons Naturals has stuff too. The Body Shop has a line too but I found it too perfumey in a fake way.
You just have to look. I find vitamin c stuff is pricey. |

| John Masters has a nice products. It has all three forms of Vit C: ascorbic acid, esther C, and Palmitate form (fat soluble). There are also a ton of additional antioxidants it the product and a GREAT smell!! |

| Wow that article really does make me wonder if it is worth spending money on, 3 weeks!! I have these the some of the products from Avalon, Juice Beauty etc... but my most common worry was that the amount of Vit C in the products was so little that it wouldn't do any good and that it had probably reached it's shelf life long before I purchased it. It also seems that the only way to stabilize and keep a shelf life of Vit C is to use some sort of combination of 'unnatural' chemicals, which I would really like to stay away from. If do use Vit C in the future I am going to try my own at home formula that lasts 3-4 days, not a long time but I know what's in it!! |
