Has anyone tried this product? I am a recent lover of the Jurlique brand and had a facial where the eye gel was used. I am curious about the long lasting effects of it...does it work, etc? Just want to make sure before I shelf up $110 for 30ml

thanks

Hello,
I too, started using the Jurlique line this spring and I LOVE it. The herbal recovery gel is my favorite and I have the day care which I will use during winter months when my skin is alittle drier.

After reading the ingredients in their eye gel, I deceided not for fork over the big $$$$ for it as, many of the ingredients are the exact same as the herbal gel. I guess you could e-mail the company to inquire exactely how the eye gel differs from the herbal gel becuase to me they were quite similar. After paying so much for the gel, I couldn't justify paying so much for the eye product.

So, that's my opinion. I have since purchased Phytomer Lift Contour Eye gel and this is wonderful!!! My next one will probably be the SkinRx Eyebright eye gel which sounds great!

I was actually going to say that that I have used the Herbal Recovery Gel around the eye area without any problems. I'm not too sure what the difference is between the eye gel and the HR Gel, but I think I would opt for the HR gel instead.

Amesevey - When you say "does it work", what specifically are you referring to? Are you looking for an eye gel that targets a specific problem (e.g. dark circles, puffiness, etc) or just one that moisturises without being heavy?

when I say "does it work?" I am referring to if it diminishes under eye circles and puffiness. I have the herbal recovery gel and I love that along with all their products so far. I recently put in a huge order where I'll be getting:the arnica mint shampoo/conditioner, OPC body exfolating gel, tea tree acti wash, lip balm stick, suncare lotion (spf 30), and herbal recovery mist AG....

I can review all these products after trying them for a month... I also could write Jurlique inquiring the difference btw their eye gel and herbal recovery gel. I also too use the herbal recovery gel on my eyes. But was curious if the eye gel specifically reduces under eye circles and bags,..cause I've got some, but I only have been using the herbal recovery gel for about a week.

Hello,
I'm sure you will be happy with all your Jurlique purchases. Everything I have tried from the line I am very happy with.

Regarding your dark circles, the friendly folks here at the forum just helped me out with that. If you go back and read the post started by me entitled "Dark Circles". Someone mentioned allergies and I am quite sure that this is one of the main reasons, as puffiness and some darkness went away with a month of allergy medication. I have since switched to a heopathic remedy for allergies to take for the long run.

As for an eye gel, you should go to celluarskinrx.com and read up on their Eye Bright Gel. I plan to order it this weekend as the science behind the products appears great, they really know what they are talking about & it got fab reviews here on the forum.

Take Care

I've tried many of the Jurlique products for my oily skin...my favorite was the "Herbal Recovery Gel". I also liked the "Day Lotion" and "Neck Serum". The eye gel, IMHO, was not worth the cost. It was much like the Recovery gel, and didn't seem to have a lot of extra magic.
