It didn't work for me! I used it for a couple of months, and it's really hard. I had to get in different positions while using it, and was so thankful when my 90 secs for each exercise was up. Anyway, it made no difference at all to my weight or figure, but it did make my fingers go numb and tingly. This got worse and lasted for weeks even after I sold my Power Plate. Thankfully, it did get better and went altogether after a while. The person who bought it off me has now sold it on as it did nothing for her either!

You really need to get a steel machine if you're using it for fitness and toning - I have a studio in UK and get really good results with my machines - but they are solid steel. Have a look on vibrationtraining.net which is an independent site which gives lots of advice and info

My Local Gym has a new machine called vibrogym, and my friends using it ALL claim it got rid of their cellulite and enhanced their mood , do any experienced users with this machine know if it's an all steel like pis said ? coz it's really expensive , and I don't need to waste anymore time if it doesn't work

Yes - Vibrogym is steel - it's a good machine and should do the trick - avoid Powerplates which aren't though - they won;t deliver

3 times a week is good - don't use daily - couterproductive. I also wouldn't follow their programme - if you log ontowww.vibra-train.com there is a safety programme you can print out which is the one I use in my studio that gets great results - Vibrogym get you to move dynamically which is not so effective on a Vibration Plate.
