I'm researching sunscreens and was wondering if anyone has used Elta MD UV Physical SPF 41. It looks like a good physical sunscreen and has Zinc Oxide 9.0%, Titanium Dioxide 7.0%. I'm wondering if it leaves a white tint on your face or if it penetrates well. TIA

I'm researching sunscreens too. Have you looked into the one by Becca? It's a primer/sunscreen that's gotten great reviews. I'm on the fence whether to order it or not. |

Hi there - I already jumped over the fence and made my decision. How about that, I asked for an opinion but then went ahead and bought I decided to go with Cosmedix Serious Protection. I was looking for something with just zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide and after looking for a few days thought the Cosmedix would do nicely. I've used their Protect moisturizing sunscreen and that works nicely, I just wanted something a little stronger. I didn't come across the Becca in my search, but it looks like something that is worth trying, I think there are some ladies on this forum who have used it and like it. It seems like it wouldn't leave that white tint that I was trying to avoid. Best of luck with your decision! If you do decide to buy from Dermstore I have a coupon code worth $15 off a purchase of $75 or more, it's TOTALBEAUTY58 and it's good until 2/17/08. |
