| Yes, I believe so. Dermalogica has a new Vitamin C powder as part of their new AgeSmart line and I think Philosophy has a vitamin C powder, or at least they used to. The powders are made specificly to be mixed with other products, although someone at Dermalogica told me you can rub the powder directly on your skin and it will emulsify. I've never tried any of these products myself so I can't speak to how well they work. |
