I just checked this out and looks like there is no longer free brush with purchase. However, Clarisonic had an offer for two free brushes when you register on their website. Check it out and see if this offer still applies. I should be getting my two free brushes from Clarisonic around March 1.
EDS can't offer the free brush with purchase unless they get them from Clarisonic as a bonus to the customer.
From my understanding Clarisonic's brush heads are back ordered as so many people are taking them up on the two free with purchase. I registered in December. They just updated me last week saying the brush heads will come in March. |

You can still get the two free brush heads no matter where you buy your Clarisonic. There will be a code number inside the box that you use to register on Clarisonic's website which will qualify you for the free replacement brushes. |

mamawalnut is correct. I purchased mine from EDS and will receive two free brushes. After receiving your unit go to their website to register it. My concern is that if they have had a hard time meeting all the demands for the free brush heads ...are they still offering them? |

Where is the registration code? I can't find it on the system I just received from EDS. It is the Clarisonic MD. |

I'd like to know that answer as well. The website claims that this code is found on the quick start card inside the box (an 11 digit alpha numeric code). The only code I found on it is 8 digits. I tried it but it was invalid. Can we not register this model? |

When I registered my Clarisonic the code was where CMAYC mentioned, on the inside of a card that came in the box. I didn't have any trouble registering mine but I bought it last year. It seems I read somewhere that this offer had expired but I'm not positive. Anybody else know for sure?
By the way, I still haven't received my two free heads yet (I registered around 6 months ago) but I did receive an email from Clarisonic stating they were trying to catch up and would send a free issue of New Beauty magazine with the heads to help make up for the wait. |

I looked on another forum via Google and found a woman saying that she phoned Clarisonic and they told her to put A41962 in front of the 5-digit number that comes on the quick card with this model. I tried it and it worked. It said I'll be receiving two free brush heads in 4 weeks, but I'm assuming it'll take longer than that based on other comments. |

Thanks!! I was just about to call customer service, but you answered my question. I'll give it a try. I'm a little puzzled though when you say "5-digit number" because my code has 3 letters (PBL) followed by 5 numbers.
Do you have to have a US address to qualify for the free brush heads or will they ship them to Canada? |

Yes, the five numbers I was referring to are the five that come after PBL on the quick start card. Hopefullly it will work for you. I had no trouble putting in a Canadian address so I assume it works. |

I had to call because entering that code wasn't working for me...she was really nice. But I think I'm only getting one brush head.
Oh well! How sad can you really be about only getting one thing for free, right?!? |

So, I tried it and it still said "invalid registration number", so I phoned customer service and they did it over the phone. She said I qualify for one free brush head and I'll be receiving it in 8 weeks. I asked about the 2 free brush head promo and she said that was last year's promotion. |

Oh, well that's strange. I'm sure I'll only get one free brush head as well then. Considering that I did not know about this promotion, it is a nice surprise either way. Have you tried out your brush yet? |

Yes, strange indeed! Yeah, I felt a little greedy asking the girl, "Hey, how come I only get one?!"
No, haven't tried mine out yet.....still charging. How bout U? |

I just picked mine up this morning from the post office, so it is charging as well. I'm really anxious to try it though. I'll post back in a week with a review. |

Okay, so I've been using mine for a little while now and the change has been great. After I used it for 5 days I awoke to relatively clear skin. I was even complimented on it during one of my university classes so it must be working. I've been using it every night with B. Kamins acne wash, but it doesn't really seem to foam much. |

No problem. I would definitely recommend that you try it. All the exfoliation makes my skin feel smooth and soft. |

I've been using mine for 10 days (a little too early for a full review) but I must say, this brush is awesome!! I love the way my skin feels after....it's even helping with my flaky skin. I have mild rosacea on my cheeks and it is not irritating it at all. I use the sensitive brush once a day (at night). My goal is to work up to twice a day, once my skin becomes accustomed to it. I've also ordered the delicate brush, thinking that the other brushes would be too harsh on my rosacea, but the sensitive brush is so soft (I can't speak for the normal one though). So far, it's been a real treat using this brush - I look forward to it every evening. |

I'm glad to hear you like yours too! I'm only using mine at night with the delicate brush as well. I'm worried that the normal one might be a little too strong, but maybe it would be good for the body? Hopefully we receive our free brush heads without too long of wait. |

I received my two free brush heads late last week along with the promised issue of New Beauty magazine. Maybe Clarisonic is starting to get caught up now with all the requests and you guys won't have to wait so long. |
