I've been using Avene Emulsion 50 sunscreen and blotting it after 30 minutes to soak up some of the oil/shine before putting on my powder foundation.
Now I'm wondering if the blotting is reducing it's effectiveness? Thoughts?

| I'm not sure about diminishing its effectiveness, but what I do is apply sunscreen, and then to soak up the oil/shine and reduce the tackiness feeling on my face, I use Colorescience's Sunforgettable powder suncreen. It works really well. It is pricy though. |
