They're selling the vivant mandelic acid at $50 while other places are selling at $66. It's a huge difference but Im unsure. The customer service is prompt though.

I discovered EDS about a year ago, and have to say I have been THRILLED with their service!

Their prices are fantastic and well below spas and Doctor's offices, and yes, even Sephora!!

As far as service goes, I have never had a problem with my orders. They are fast, efficient, and if you call them with a question or problem they are quick to help you. I am not one who likes to shop on the internet, but I am 100% comfortable with EDS Very Happy

I am a new member and have never ordered from EDS. Is our personal shipping information safe and protected? Who exactly has access to it?

Also, when choosing a free product with your purchase, is it the full size or smaller sample? Just curious.

This site is great!

I have placed several orders over the past year, and have not received any e-mails or solicitations from other groups that may have had access to the EDS client list. I feel it is a very safe and secure site!!!
The free with purchase and Forum gifts have always been full size in my experience.

Um, I don't believe the OP was asking about EDS? She was asking about the site she included in her posting. Clearcomplexions? Hullo? Read.

Hi Faeriedust Smile

I have never tried the shop, but I probably would if I was looking for the stuff they sell cheap. How are their shipping rates? If not too bad, why not start with a smaller order?

And how on earth is it possible that so many people here feel like turning this topic into yet another praise EDS to the skies thread? Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
Faeriedust asked a clear question about www.clearcomplexions.com...

ETA: Sidda, I didn't see your post before posting this. Thank you!! Very Happy

Ladies, lets be nice! Wink

Faeriedust, I agree on starting with a small order, just to see how long it takes to get to you, etc. I'm also a bit wary of giving out my bank account info (which I assume is why you started this thread) to a online company that I haven't ordered from before, so if they don't offer Paypal as a payment option you might want to look into getting a re-loadable visa. You can find out more about them at www.netspend.com . Very convenient for online shopping and helps me stay within my my budget too!

You might be better off emailing/calling EDS directly to answer your question and keep this thread on topic. Smile

I never had problems with ordering from EDS. They are very prompt in delivery and the most pleasant thing is they attached some nice smaples for you to try.

EDS opened my eyes to other brands besides the ones we find in department stores.

LOL, too funny! Too many die-hard EDS gals here huh...

Anyways, prompt customer service is always a good sign! Another plus is that it does look like a legit site with shopfronts. However, I had difficulty locating shipping and return information on the webbie...

Should you decide to go ahead, good luck with your purchase faeriedust!

Cheers,
