I bought two Promaxyl Intensive Wrinkle Cream at this website.
Shipping is fast, and thanks for samples.
However, both of Promaxyl Cream's expiration date has passed.
I explained this situation by e-mail.
But I didn't get any answer from e-mail.
What shall I do..

Email them again as this happened to me and they got back to me. Remember to always ask for long expiry dates as often special offers are near expiry time. Are they much expired as usually six months after they are good.

Instead of e-mailing them why aren't you calling them? Also, your subject line says....Oh my god it's to harsh. What's to harsh? |

Your opinion is which degree reason.
But I can't English well. Thus, I select e-mail, instead of calling.
Besides, I don't live in US. You know, cost of an international telephone call is very expensive.
I seek your understanding that my feeilng when
receving the product that expiration date has passed.
(EXP : 3/2008, This month is March/2008 !) |
