I've never used a creme blush before so I'm looking for any recommendations on a creme blush thats not real shimmery. I just want a natural looking pop of color for my cheeks that will hopefully last most of the day. What brands do you use and love? I really would appreciate any help from you ladies. Thanks. |

Hands down, it's Julie Hewett's Cheekies, available from EDS. Natural is a lovely tawny shade that I think would flatter almost anyone except maybe very cool complexions. Peachie looks like a bright coral color in the pot, but applies like a delicate peach tone. No shimmer in them at all.
I've used Kevyn Aucoin and Bobbi Brown cream blushes, which are quite nice, but this one is so much better. You can apply with fingers, with a cream blush brush, or--my favorite--with a dual fiber optic skunk brush.
I've also heard good things about Becca cream blush, but haven't tried it personally and I'm not likely to since I'm so happy with the Cheekies. |

I second flitcrafts's recommendation. I have the JH Cheekie in natural and I love it. Perhaps the Peachie shade would work well for you. |

Third one to recommend Julie Hewett. I do not have the color in Peachy, but I have them in Natural and Jamie, and I love their consistency. I like the idea that the ingredients are not that bad either, for example camelia oil that is in the Cheekie. |

I have been wanting to try a creme blush, but I use MMU and like that feeling that your skin can breathe.
Does this blush feel nice on your skin or is like like liquid foundation? I don't like that layered, cakey feeling that makeup cremes and lotions tend to create. |

The JH Cheekie is very sheer and light, you don't feel like you have it on. It blends well over MMU. |

The JH Cheekies sound great. I love peach and natural-toned blushes.
A great peach cream blush is Shiseido Accentuating Stick in Peach Flush. I also dab it on my lips and it's really great for a natural, fresh-faced, clean look. |

Actually, Victoria's secret makes my favorite cream (gel) blush. Beautiful -- and adorable packaging. Two others to look at at the shea butter one from Evan's Garden, and, surprisingly, Coy 722A from Wet 'n' Wild. Gorgeous. |

If you aren't stuck on using a creme blush, I absolutly love my Nars blush in Sin. It gives you that perfect flushed look! |

But again, call of the question was for a peachy-pink blush. Sin is plummy, as I recall. |

Hi all-
I don't know if Nars Sin is supposed to be plum like or not. On my skin (I'm pale) it gives me a fresh and pinky glow. |

NARS Sin is quite pretty in its own right. But it is definitely plum-mauve toned, and its a powder blush, and its got shimmer. So I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for a peach-pink color in a creme blush without shimmer. |

I am delighted with MAC Blushcream in Lilicent. It is a natural fleshtone shade. I have a medium/warm skintone with some pink undertones. |
