Hey everyone!
I am only 21 years old and i was diagnosed with rosacea when i was 16 years old...however it went away when i was 18 or so...recently i have bought elizabeth arden's night cream and saw this morning that my cheeks are going red like it is irritated or a mild rosacea starting...
what do i need to do today to calm my skin down???
also, what would be the best product for my age and my very sensitive skin?i want a product that will give me healthy glow and just melt into my skin, nothing too heavy since i have normal skin...
please help, my skin is really irritated looking and i dont know what to do:(

hi,

I have found Dr. Haushka rose day cream to be very calming on my skin. I am dry so i need regular rose cream, but for normal skin you could try the rose day cream light. it is not as heavy. I beleive it is the rose oil that is calming Smile

the rose cream is formulated for sesitive skin. ANd i think it will definately make your skin soft and glowy Smile I haven't tried the light one, but i don't think it is much different, just more suited to normal skin than dry. you can look at the decription here

I use a prescription of Metrocream for my rosacea. That should help with the redness. I alway try to cleanse with something very gentle, and follow with the metrocream. I use Erno Laszlo phrormula 3-9 for moisture. It's expensive but it works for me.

Cold pressed rosehip seed oil applied over a damp face may help as well. Smile

Eucerin has an anti-redness calming lotion that is green and is very soothing.

A few products that you can find in the drug store that arereally effective are the Avene Anti Redness cream, Avene Diroseal (redness treatment)or La Roche Posay Rosaliac. These creams are very calming and will help contol rosacia symptoms.
