Hi, I'm thinking of starting to take hyaluronic acid and would like recommendations on what brand is best and where to buy it online. Is it best to take a capsule or is taking it in liquid form better? What is the appropriate amount to take as well. TIA |

Cellex c Hydra B5 gel is very good. This penerates deep into the skin. I dont think tablets/liquids help as the body produces this naturally and taking it orally will not really do much. |

I second the Cellex-C Hydra B5 recommendation. |

I take Life Time brand. 140mg. per capsule. Buy them from local health food store. |
