Hi, I'm thinking of starting to take hyaluronic acid and would like recommendations on what brand is best and where to buy it online. Is it best to take a capsule or is taking it in liquid form better? What is the appropriate amount to take as well. TIA

hello Jom

I take oral hyluronic acid. I beleive capsule form is best. it really is effective in many people. I take the NSI brand, and have also taken natures way. they are both good. Be sure to one that is made from biocell collagen II. here is a whole thread on HA

Cellex c Hydra B5 gel is very good. This penerates deep into the skin. I dont think tablets/liquids help as the body produces this naturally and taking it orally will not really do much.
