Hey guys!

I've had acne for quiet a long time, but it isn't really that bad... the place I seem to get it more than anywhere is my forehead.. right now ive got read marks round there and one big red spot which is a lump and hurts when i push it...

Any natural ways to help speed up the removal process? Not interested in products anymore, wasted too much time and money with them..

Also seem to get a few whiteheads around where I shave.. anyone suggest anything for that?

Well I was going to suggest a spot treatment with salicylic acid or YonKa Juvenil/Creme15 to actually try to prevent these suckers in the first place and help get rid of them faster if you do happen to get one but since you said you're not interested in products anymore... hmm I can't really think of anything. I definitely would not squeeze it at this stage. Touching it can also make it worse because you're potentially putting more oil/bacteria on it.

Re: whiteheads. Do you exfoliate on a regular basis?

hmm are these products reliable?

I have used SO MANY in the past.. clearasil, practive, mositerers... etc. ALL have the same affect.... drys my skin and makes it rashy!! I don't know why, but my skin is very sensitive!

What about Tea Tree Oil? Would that be considered a natural way? Can be quite effective at healing spots. Only to be used by dabbing a small amount on the annoying blemish as it can be quite drying if too much is used.

Personally, I am looking into trying out Manuka Oil. This is considered to have more anti-bacterial properties than Tea Tree. I've read on some other websites that people use Manuka honey as a face mask to clear spots, scarring etc.

This thread may give you a bit more info.

Otherwise, I know some people like to use toothpaste to dry out spots. You could always try that. No need to spend any extra money on products that way!
