WHat would be the recommended approach for this problem?
Surgery to remove the fat pads under the eyes and surgery *OR* a laser treatment for sagging upper lids?

It sounds like a lower and upper bleph may be in order if you have both issues.
Laser is cheaper, but the results are no where near as good. I had Fraxel on my upper lids, and it was a total waste of $$$. |
